Chip for Charity Website

We owe the success of the golf outing to our dedicated golfers, generous sponsors and devoted volunteers that take a day (or weeks in some cases) out of their busy schedules to help out some very special kids with a PND.  We are grateful to our golfers, volunteers, benevolent donators and sponsors for their involvement.

On behalf of the children and families that will benefit from your kindness and generosity, "Thank-You" for making our event a success.

The Chip for Charity is held in honor of Sam Hoffman, an 14 year-old who has been diagnosed with Succinic Semialdehyde Dehydrogenase Deficiency a
Pediatric Neurotransmitter Disease.
There are seven diagnosed cases of children in Wisconsin with various PNDs.

Hope for tomorrow begins today...
